We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Emergency/Single-Visit Payments

For single-visit procedures, consultation, and exam our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, credit card payment (American Express, Care Credit, Discover, Mastercard and Visa) and Care Credit, Lending Club.

Multiple Visit Payment Options

Option 1: Full Payment at Time of Service 

Option 2: Pay Estimated Portion at Time of Service – you pay what we estimate is your portion and we wait for insurance portion. If insurance pays less than we estimated you can pay the balance on your account.  **if your insurance pays you, we will collect full amount and work with your insurance to have them send you reimbursement. 

At the time of your initial exam, your Treatment Coordinator will explain in detail what your estimated portion of payment for treatment will be for each visit. Payment will be expected to be paid on date of service.

We accept cash, money order, check, credit card, Care Credit or Lending Club.
