Dr. Alfred was very straight forward and honest. He didn't recommend services just to be monetized. Even when I sat with Ms. Dawn, she was very realistic in offering assistance helping to think through what was logically necessary!!! Dr. Alfred assistant during my appointment was awesome as well unfortunately I can't remember her name but all the staff was warm and welcoming from the first call of the referral.
