What an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in the door and was met by a smiling face at the front desk, my entire experience was absolutely “first class”! From the very few minutes that I was in the waiting room, I witnessed each patient being greeted cheerfully and respectfully. Each patient was called from the comfortable waiting room to examination rooms with a minimum of wait time. The assistant who kindly escorted me to the exam room was caring, extremely competent and had a great knowledge of my patient history. I cannot begin to say enough positive things about Dr. Johnson! He is warm and friendly, as he takes time to get to know his patients. He is caring, a good listener to patient concerns, knowledgeable, upbeat and reassuring ! I could not have had a better experience at a periodontal office, than I had at Johnson & Alfred! I most highly And enthusiastically recommend this incredibly practice!
